A Slicker Snickers

For Layer 1: Mix 1 scoop chocolate protein powder with a little hot water until it turns into a fudge-like consistency.

For Layer 2: Mix 1/2-3/4 cup greek or dairy-free plain yogurt with 2 tbsp. peanut powder.

For Layer 3: Soak 2 dates in hot water for 10 minutes until softened. Remove the skin and pit, then combine the softened dates with 1-2 tbsp. crushed nuts to form a caramel.

Assemble the dessert by layering the chocolate protein fudge, then the peanut butter yogurt, and finally the date-nut caramel. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator first for a cold treat.
