Ingredients: Microwave or steam 18-24 oz frozen cauliflower rice. Squeeze out the liquid using a dish towel or cheese cloth. Add cauliflower rice to a bowl with a tablespoon of Parmesan (can use dairy free), 1 large egg, and seasoning of your choice. I use onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into “toasts.” Bake at 400°F for 15 min. These can work as cauliflower pizza crusts too. Or you can top them with cream cheese, avocado, turkey, whatever you want.
