Egg Roll

Recipe: sautee 1/2 chopped onion for 1-2 minutes. Add 1-3 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 pound of lean ground meat, turkey or , meatless crumbles.

Season with pepper, onion powder, garlic and ginger. Add 1-2 tap coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce. Add 1 1/2-2 cups of shredded cabbage. And stir. Cook until meat has no pink and is cooked through.

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 380-400°- Use a spatula to drain the meat a little, it can get liquidy.

Then take egg roll wrappers (you can find them in the frozen section near frozen vegetable or puffed pastry). Use a slotted spoon to add about 1/4 cup filling to each egg roll- pack it tight. Use an egg mixed with a little water to help seal the sides. Spray with some oil spray and cook about 13 min in an air fryer, maybe closer to 20 min in an oven.
