Flaky Chocolate Puff Pastry Twists

1: Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

2: Brush one side generously with the egg wash.

3: Carefully flip the sheets over.

4: Spread the chocolate evenly across the entire opposite side.

5: Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into thin strips (½–1 inch wide).

6: Hold each strip at both ends, gently twist 3–5 times, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7: Bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes, until the twists are deep golden, flaky, and firm.

8: Let cool completely.

9: Dust generously with powdered sugar.
