Mediterranean Chicken Pizza

Preheat oven to 400° F. For the crust: mix together ground chicken breast, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion salt, garlic powder, and optional dried basil. Shape into a pizza crust on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 min.

For the hummus: Blend chickpeas (saving liquid), tahina, juiced lemon, and salt. Add chickpea liquid 1 tbsp at a time until you reach desired consistency. You should make about 1 1/2 cups of hummus.

To assemble: Top the cooked pizza crust with 1 cup of the prepared hummus, plus cucumber, tomato, olive, and red onion. Would be awesome also with red chili flakes and amba.
