My Sexy Southwestern Salad

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, corn, leftover chopped chicken, and optional beans.

For the 3-ingredient dressing, whisk together 2 tablespoons of mayo (use olive oil mayo or tahina if preferred), the juice of one whole lemon or a large lime, and 1 tablespoon of Gaucho Steakhouse Blend (or 1 teaspoon of your preferred steak seasoning).

Gradually add hot water or more lemon juice to the dressing until it reaches your desired consistency and taste. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately.
