Strawberry Shortcake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Blend cottage cheese with honey, vanilla and stevia to taste. Pour half of the mixture out into a resealable container and freeze. Add frozen strawberries to the remaining cottage cheese, honey and vanilla mixture and blend again. Pour this pink cottage cheese mixture in a separate resealable bowl or container. Freeze both for two to three hours. When soft and frozen, serve a scoop of each and top with a sprinkle of puffed cereal and freeze dried strawberries.
